Dividends
FLY Leasing pays regular quarterly dividends to shareholders. FLY increased its dividend by 10% to $0.22 per share in the second quarter of 2012.
FLY is committed to returning capital to shareholders in the form of a quarterly cash dividend. The Company has declared a dividend every quarter since it went public on the NYSE in 2007, a total of 22 consecutive quarterly dividends, representing a cumulative return of $5.68 per share.
The declaration and payment of future dividends will be at the discretion of the Board of Directors and will depend on many factors, such as FLY Leasing’s financial condition, cash flows, legal requirements, industry conditions, and other factors that our Board of Directors may deem relevant.
