FLY leases its aircraft to airlines around the world on long-term operating leases, under which the lessee is responsible for all operational, maintenance and insurance costs and for maintaining the aircraft. The lessee is also responsible for meeting strict security, maintenance and redelivery standards. The majority of the leases include fixed rental rates, separate maintenance accrual payments and security deposits, as well as “full-life” return conditions.
